Visual and Multimodal Anthropology<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>This virtual conference sits alongside the RAI FILM Festival which is a biennial international event celebrating the best in documentary filmmaking from around the globe and established in 1985 by the Royal Anthropological Institute (UK). The festival showcases new work from academic anthropologists and related disciplines, and from filmmakers at all levels of experience from students to professionals. It looks for fearless films that ask difficult questions, build bridges, seek redress and promote social justice and dialogue.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The RAI FILM Festival 2025\u202fwill celebrate our 40th\u202fanniversary both in person and online.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RAI FILM Festival will now be taking place from the <strong>11th &#8211; 15th June 2025<\/strong> at the <strong>Watershed Cinema <\/strong>and<strong> Arnolfini Arts Centre in Bristol, UK.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Online Film Festival \u2013 16&nbsp;June to 16 July 2025<\/strong>.
